Not sure if there is any offical club Christmas party thing going off this year but was wondering if anyone fancied a night/day out beforehand, maybe Sunday 21st after the Taverners game or an all dayer on Sat 20th?

I'll speak with the rest of the committee shortly regarding this but i'm thinking that this year we should just go down the drinks around town route for ease of organising.
We'll be looking at having a race night (or something similar) in Feb/March for the next "club event"
20th after the Saturday game sounds like a good time to have a knees up just before xmas. Perhaps, if we set a meeting venue and time for everyone to meet up (say between 7pm-9pm) and then those that prefer to just stay for a couple can go their seperate ways after that with the rest moving on somewhere else?
Obviously this may have an adverse affect on the Sunday team (although it's not like everyone stays in on a Saturday night anyway???)

Agree with the Sunday afternoon/evening to be fair as what Smithy says is true plus more people are likely to be able to make it on the Sunday.
