Would be great to get some feedback from the lads on the new training venue. A few quick thoughts from me:
1. Quality surface and goals 2. Playing area a little tight for the numbers we could potentially get down 3. Much better than Redhill despite point 2! 4. Pricey - However, playfootball told us afterwards that they have reduced their costs so i'll pass on the saving to the lads. New cost £2.50 (with a view to reduce it to £2 in a few weeks time if we aren't losing money on it) 5. Can't do a great deal of stuff other than a game, but can introduce some shooting practice and attack v defence stuff. Always room for a bleep test and fitness work! (but i'll give that a rest for now) 6. We could extend the pitch and use the tramlines (maybe have a couple of wingers only allowed in that space or something) 7. Alternative is to keep numbers to 8 v8 and have rolling subs every 5 minutes (we can set up the speed ladder or soemthing for subs to keep warm for 5 mins)
Any suggestions or thoughts welcome. It's your money as much as mine.

1/. Surface good - can't ask for better to practice passing! Wonder if this will help us play simple? ? 2/. Area was tight but good as encourages passing tc - should make it even easier on a saturday 3/. Redhill is bob! 4/. Works out reasonably priced - was it £2 at Redhill anyway? if you balance that with freebies at st. Mary's so far then good value 5/. If we get the same pitch each week would be good to practice corners in that main goal! attack and defensive maybe 1st versus res everyone understands their positions 6/. Hopefully it will get tighter with everyone continuing to come to training - then introduce the drills etc 7/. Doesn't matter what the bar prices are Franny - your never at the bar anyway!!!!!!!!!!!

A million times better than Redhill. Really enjoyed the session and everyone seemed to get plenty of the ball. As Jimmy says hopefully if will help with our passing on Saturday's
I suggest we stop in the bar at least once a month for a drink or two.

I do like it when someone describes something as "bob".
